true story. i thought I’d help the world with my knowledge of electrical components and general tech gizmos. turns out they just want me to sell phones and plans. who comes in for an HDMI cable and picks up an iphone because it was convenient?

My husband has a mantra he has to repeat to himself “Cell Phones, Sell Phones” which is much more clever in print now that I think about it. He has a bachelors in technology :( Though on the other side of things, He also gets asked to do on the spot technical support on a regular basis.

Completely unreasonable. People have a right to their own information. And you don’t NEED their email. 

How does entering in every single email for every transaction help your day anyway? If there is a way to skip that, why wouldn’t you want to?

I am guessing the only reason you can come up with will be corporate incentive?
